Sports Teams?

Gideon mentions in "Blood Hungry" that he's a White Sox fan, has anyone given any thought to any other teams that the other members might follow? Just curious.

ETA: unhappyending and palex_4_ever just reminded me that JJ is a Redskins fan.

He likes football, too, so I'd guess that he's a Bears fan, too. Also, didn't he win a scholarship for basketball? He probably likes the Bulls, too, especially since back then, it would have been when they had Michael Jordan, Dennis Rodman, and Scotty Pippin.

Rossi is a Cubs fan! He has some sort of Cubs memorabilia on his desk in one episode (can't remember which one), plus it's mentioned a few times in the books.

Gideon the White Sox fan and Rossi the Cubs fan makes me lol.

The casting info for Prentiss also mentioned that she's a Redskins fan, although I don't think they've ever mentioned it in the show.

When Reid and Morgan are talking in Elephant's Memory, Morgan mentions being a fan of Walter Peyton. I think Morgan is a Chicago Bulls fan as well.

Morgan's from Chicago, so I can see him being a Chicago Bulls fan. And possible a Chicago Bears fan.

However, baseball is tricky. While he could be a cubs fan, if he's from the South Side (which is likely as most of Chicago's cops live on the South Side) than he could be a White Sox fan.

I think it was mentioned that he was from the South Side, but I could be wrong. But in that case, you're right, he'd probably be a Sox fan.

I have an idea that he would be a Cubs fan because he wouldn't want to be like the people he grew up with, which is why I picked Cubs for him. (Not to mention, yanno, I'm a Cubs fan. *G*)
