melliyna and I have been tossing this around for the past few days, and I thought it would be nice to open it up to all of you.

What have you learned from watching Criminal Minds?

Here are some of the #ThingsIHaveLearnedFromCM:

• It is okay to not be okay. The people who are always okay? Are a little scary.
  
• The only person who can actually save you is yourself. Keep going.
  
• If you don't take control of your life, your life will take control of you.
• Always, always, always lock the back door!
• Watch out for the twitchy ones [tardive dyskinesia]
• People who lie look down and to the left.
• There are no excuses. There may be explanations, but there are no excuses.
• Doing nothing is a still a choice.
• Don't underestimate the geeky ones :)

I'm surprised anyone recognized it haha! I finally read the book recently after looking for it forever and it renewed my love. The film and book are very different entities but both very engaging.

I've never read the book but I love the movie. I'll have to keep an eye out for the book. :)
