I rewatched Faceless, Nameless and I noticed this! I can't believe I've missed it before.
So Hotch's age was confirmed to be 43. Maybe the year of the yearbook that's wrong?

That should fit with "Jump Cut", I think. It says there that he's "not-quite-forty", and that's after Elle, but before Gideon left. Not that I should bother much with trying to combine "continuity" and "Hotch". :D
