New to fandom

While I have been watching Criminal Minds for years I have recently become interested in possibly looking into the fandom (specifically slash). With that in mind, I was hoping that I could get some help finding stories, archives and lj communities.
So my request is this: I would really love and appreciate your "must read/know" recs. What are the stories that are the "classics" of the fandom (and where can I find them).

I'm really not entirely sure what I like at this point, but slash is good (but not necessary) and Reid-centered stories would be awesome. I am also interested in Morgan/Reid stories, but but am not yet set on it, although I would prefer pairings that involve Reid.

(For now I ask that you only suggest stories that are completed, and archives that are active)

Edit: also, I am on the hunt for an extremely illusive stargate/cm crossover that someone has a vague memory of possibly existing. No details. However, if anyone here happens to know of any, that would be fabulously, amazingly wonderful. (I just love the badass geek thing- Daniel and Reid should totally get together)
