I bet it means something to your best friend whose birthday you forgot. I may not remember exact days, but I remember around the time so I can get a Happy Birthday in. The team though has apparently blanked it out for nearly 4 months. Also, Garcia alone negates the argument "it just happens". There`s no way she doesn`t have things like these marked in her calendar, with her computer beeping days in advance to remind her.
