My only issue with this episode (for once they didn't show the unsub's face right away Hurray!) was JJ's "kill shot". A head shot like that is 99% impossible. Only the very best snipers can hit a moving target's head like that (yes I know he wasn't exactly moving but he was far enough way and about ready to move). That pissed me off... She may be an excellent shot but not for that shot...

I got the impression it was just a lucky shot, you know? She fired twice but hit only once, and it just happened to be in the forehead, so it looked good, but was just a coincidence. At least that's how I see it. :)
