BAU PostSecret

I think you're all familiar with places like PostSecret and fandomsecrets . I was thinking of doing something like that, only from the point of view of of the characters in Criminal Minds.
It works like this: next week i'll make a master post and everyone will post the secrets in the comments. The secrets must be from the point of view of the characters. They can be as am ambiguous or as obvious as you want, and you can use any characters from the CM canon: the team, other FBI agents, COTW, victims, unsubs. You can be as creative as you want. Is Morgan secretly lusting after JJ? Are Rossi and Garcia getting it on behind everyone's backs? Did someone find Hotch's fob watch? Anything goes.
